Copyrights:

OxfordBookWriting doesn’t retain copyrights to your manuscript, book idea, or other intellectual property that we develop with you. You can use the content however and wherever you want to use it.

Payment:

OxfordBookWriting requires full payment of services (inclusive of taxes) upfront. OxfordBookWriting only accepts payments in US dollars.

Revisions:

We believe in and thrive for the satisfaction of our clients. You can ask for free-of-charge revisions to improve the draft. Note that your revision request should arrive no later than 7 days after the delivery of the final draft.

Refund Policy:

OxfordBookWriting values its clients more than anything. The company tries its best to provide the best quality assignments, however, if any of our clients feel disappointed with the delivered work then they can, in some rare cases, request reimbursement. Here are the rules of eligibility for a refund.

1. You cannot request a refund for a change of mind.
2. You will bear a deduction in the payment you made if you cancel the order and request a refund after confirming the order with payment.
3. You cannot ask for a refund after you have approved our manuscript or design whatever is requested.
4. You will only get a partial refund after a part or more of your service is already rendered. The deduction will reflect the magnitude of service rendered.
5. No refund request will be entertained after a lapse of 90 days after order confirmation.

OxfordBookWriting asks for your personal and contact information to communicate with the client. You need to share relevant and active information with the company so that it will be easier for us to interact with you via email, telephone, or live chat. The shared information is safe and secure within the company’s premises.

Online Delivery of Work:

OxfordBookWriting delivers all of the work online. It is your responsibility to provide us with the appropriate email address and other contact information to avoid any future consequences. The company will not be responsible if you fail to receive the content because of the inauthentic or inactive email address provided by you.

Order Refusal Right:

OxfordBookWriting reserves the right to refuse or reject any order for any notable circumstance. This rarely happens but if the service does so then the refund will be made within the period of 28 days.
